Japan Update

Thanks to all of those who sent up prayers, I have contacted all my friends in Japan and all are safe. However, several are really not all that far from Fukushima and the nuclear plants. It continues to concern me (and them!).

A friend in Tokyo recently told me things are "getting back to normal." They can get most supplies(...there had been a shortage of bread, water, milk, etc), they are still experiencing rolling blackouts, 3 hrs each day, and try to conserve power as much as possible, only using it when necessary. The trains (the primary means of transportation there) are running on a short schedule. They are concerned about the radiation, of course. Please continue to keep the people of Japan in your prayers.
