Oysters

The greatest thing about being in Florianopolis was the seafood.  We have a very small, and quite poor selection of fish in our area and so we took advantage of the fresh options while we were closer to the coast.  There was also a lot of interesting things to watch, like this oyster harvest DaddyHealy snapped pictures of just down the hill from our rental house.  Not exactly a high-tech operation, but it gets the job done!
