We headed to the farm again in perfect timing for all things autumn!
Grandma & Papa have so much to share......we spent time picking, picking, collecting, picking, riding, picking, "helping," and picking some more. We are a tiny bit jealous of our cousins who get to do it everyday, but oh how special these moments are the few times a year we get them.
The thing about the farm is there is a never ending supply of discovery for a toddler and preschooler. Any shape, any color, you can find and pick it here. We went on named errands (collecting pumpkins and gourds to take to preschool, picking apples for applesauce and apple butter), scavenger hunts (we picked plenty of gourds and spaghetti squash that were growing volunteer in places no one expected), and very important missions (sweet corn for supper).
