It’s Good to be Mom

My kiddos were worried about Mother’s Day under quarantine.  But I’ll be honest, there’s not much I need and they are a pretty creative bunch.   M made me a breakfast burrito, DaddyHealy made sure there was chocolate involved, and I got some pretty fancy bling, along with a selection of homemade cards. H gave me a drawing lesson and D gave me a hug.  Hey, those are hard to squeeze out of 14 year old boys under normal circumstances.

Most of all, I have the family that I love close at hand, safe and healthy.  And that’s  best kind of Mother’s Day.
