D is on a big bash week-long sleepover with Grammy this week before he has to buckle down to the harsh real world of preschool (ha ha!) As you can see from the photos, he is not having any fun at all and is really pining for home.

....and tractor rides with our farming friends to boot!
So this is the part where I have to remind myself that the reason he is so eager to leave home and take on this great big world (and all the wonderful people in it) is because he feels loved and secure at home and with his family, right?
